Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Gear

Securely place the headlamp and all included components into the original box to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange within 5 business days.
